Paradise Found! Cool palapa suite on the beach (Property #1-02)
Location: On the beach, a 20 minute walk to "downtown" Puerto Morelos, five minute drive. Very quiet residential area. (Just past UNAM Ocean Research Facility) This recently-built three story house is unique to our area and offers beach views from each floor.
Description: Easy living on three levels. The first floor has a small living area, full kitchen, indoor dining area, and bath. The upstairs has a queen-size hanging bed from which you can see and hear the ocean and a private terrace for reading and relaxing. The 3rd floor has a meditation room/study and a 360 degree view of the sunrises and sunsets.
There is a futon sofa that opens to a full-size bed in the living area. Kitchen with refrigerator, stovetop, oven and microwave. Special Features: Also included: linens, beach towels, beach chairs, hammocks, rafts, a small barbecue grill, a coffee maker, a blender, cooking utensils and pots, as well as plates, glasses, and flatware. Wireless internet and a portable stereo is provided. Not included: Television or telephone. If you want those things...you are missing the point!
$15/night for extra person. Thanksgiving Week, Christmas/New Year’s Day Weeks and Easter Week, add $5 USD per night to applicable rates. All rates posted are in U.S. dollars. Rates subject to change.
