One Bedroom Condo on the Beach
On the beach, a 20 minute walk to "downtown" Puerto Morelos, five minute drive. Very quiet residential area. (Just past UNAM Ocean Research Facility) This unit is on the second floor of a Canadian-owned three level, 3 unit building. The owners live on the bottom floor. There is also a studio suite available in the same building.
This unit is completely self-contained with a full kitchen, spacious tiled bathroom and private bedroom with hand-made wooden French doors. The suite also features a queen-size futon sofa in the living room that converts to a bed to accommodate two people.
Screened patio doors off the living room give you private access to a sweeping four hundred square foot balcony. Called “Portals” in Mexico; these balconies offer shady relief from the Tropical sun. This suite has the finest in al fresco living with a Bar-B-Que, hammocks and patio furniture.
