This condo is located within easy walking distance of the town square.

Condo is fully equipped with full kitchen, grill, WiFi, satellite TV and DVD.

Condo located on the north end of Puerto Morelos (in town) - just a 10 minute leisurely walk to town via the beach or road.

The unit sleeps 4 comfortably and has all the comforts of home including a kitchenette with microwave and coffee maker, TV, air conditioning, and beach towels for your use.

Unlimited purified water, maid service during the week and free Wifi

The complex has washers and dryers for the tenant’s use.

The manager's office is on-site. They are helpful and speak both Spanish and English.
